The thermal atomic layer deposition system PD ALD-T100B shows the excellent strength of atomic-level thin film preparation, which can realize sub-nanometer thin film growth through precise pulse control, and has excellent uniformity and compactness, providing strong equipment support for cutting-edge topics such as nano-material structure regulation and research and development of new functional devices.
