PD-500S This series of equipment for perovskite solar cells, OLED, lithium batteries, quantum dot LED, OPV and other industries R & D coating special equipment, equipment can evaporate gold, silver, titanium, chromium, molybdenum, SIO2 ITO AZO nickel oxide and other materials. The system can integrate resistance electron beam, resistance evaporation, organic evaporation docking glove box system to realize spinning coating, coating, testing and other processes in the environment of anhydrous and oxygen-free glove box.
