Product Overview:
The system PD-200 is a small multi-source high vacuum evaporation coating test platform specially developed by our company for laboratory applications. The system can steam gold, organic and other thin film materials; It is suitable for the preparation of metal electrode layer, SEM sample preparation and the study of new materials and new technology in scientific research institutes and laboratories.
Equipment features:
★ All stainless steel vacuum chamber, to ensure the durability of the system and operation safety; More reasonable gas path design and detail consideration;
★ Smaller volume, the system adopts modular design, high scalability, can ensure the stability of the system under the premise of further optimize your laboratory space;
★ The system uses mechanical pump + imported molecular pump to form a high vacuum system, pumping to the working high vacuum only 15-20 min, saving experiment time.
